Chakra Balancing

Anyone familiar with chakra balancing?

Lately, I’ve done some reading on balancing the Chakras, but I have never actually worked with them. Because of the way I’ve been feeling lately, I believe my root chakra is weak.. Does anyone know any ways I can work on this myself? Or do I have to find someone more experienced to work with me?

I am not quite sure what you are feeling like I do know that in the past I have used a technique called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping it is a blend of ancient chinese acupuncture (except you tap certain meridian points instead of using needles) and western pshychology.
