I searched in past questions and saw little fee back on this question. Anyone want to comment on the subject? …Any hands on experience with the teachings?

Yes, I see results, my life is a little better, though it is hard for me to bridge the gap from where I am and how I am feeling to where I want to be in so many different aspects. I feel that what they say is absolutely true, though sometimes it doesn’t help, I don’t find better feeling thoughts, can’t seem to bring myself to feel better, so I know the same results await for me, and I know it is me who should concentrate on what I want rather than paying much attention to what I don’t.
