How do I get girls/women involve in group meeting?

I like to organize small group open forum discution but I never have any girls attend the meeting. I offer free food and good conversation. how do I boost the appeal of my meeting without excluding the boys/men? these meeting are geared toward 18-30 y.o.’s these meeting are generally about community, politics, health and spirituality
