What Are Morphic Fields?

It seems that more and more people are talking about morphic fields and morphic energy these days. But what exactly are morphic fields? In this article, I will demystify these strange terms.

Before I can explain what a morphic field is, I need to explain what a plain old field is – and I’m not talking about where the local farmer plants his wheat and barley!

In scientific terms, according to the dictionary a field is defined as “the region in which a particular condition prevails, especially one in which a force or influence is effective regardless of the presence or absence of a material medium,” and “The force exerted or potentially exerted in such an area.”

That might sound complicated, but actually there is one prime example of a field we are all perfectly familiar with. In fact, we rely on it every day! It’s the gravitational field – the force that makes things heavy, and makes us stick to the ground instead of floating off into space.

Another common field is a magnetic field, which makes compasses work, and sticks magnets to the fridge door.

As we can see then, fields are invisible forces. We can’t see them, but we are absolutely certain they are there by their effects – effects that we can see.

So back to morphic fields. Well we now know that these must be some kind of “force or influence”, and the chances are we can’t see them. In fact, morphic fields are made up of morphic energy, and morphic energy is present at every point in the universe. It’s even more common than gravity! Morphic energy is part of the 95% of so-called “dark energy” that makes up the universe.

Unlike gravity, or magnetism, morphic energy is relatively little understood. Just as with the other field forces, we know it exists because of its effects. So what exactly are those effects? Scientists are discovering new ones all the time, but common effects are anything that you might think of as being psychic or magical.

That’s because morphic energy is a very low level energy that pervades every atom in the universe. This energy is interlinked, like a giant fishing net. That in turn means that every atom is linked, a bit like a gigantic version of the internet. And just like the internet, this network of morphic energy transmits information. We feel that information as instinct.

Let me give you an example; have you ever thought about someone, and just a few seconds later the telephone rings and it’s that person calling? Most people have had this experience, and it’s an example of morphic fields transmitting the intention to place a phone call, to the intended recipient of the phone call.

You may be wondering why we don’t feel the effects of these fields all the time. The answer, we think, is because the human brain has evolved in a way as to tune out the effects of morphic fields. Animals brains have evolved differently. Anyone with a dog has probably noticed that the dog seems to know when a member of the family is about to return home – another example of morphic energy in action. Dogs do this much more naturally than people, because their brains have evolved differently – they are more in tune with morphic field energy. But with a little bit of training, people can “tune in” to this amazing energy as well, and use it for all sorts of practical purposes.

Right now our knowledge of these strange and wonderful fields is tiny compared to what we know of other forces. We make amazing new discoveries every day, and there are surely more to come. After all, 95% of the universe is made up of “dark matter” and “dark energy”, which is science-speak for “we don’t know what it is”, so no doubt there are lots more forces even stranger and more powerful than morphic fields, just waiting to be discovered!
